Redesigning a video production website to make its value clearer, connect services to customer challenges, and create a stronger path from discovery to conversion.
Concept Project

The Redesign
Cole Evander Productions is a concept redesign for a video production company specializing in business and brand content.
The goal was to rethink how the website communicates the value of its services, not just by showcasing what the company does, but by connecting those services to the challenges businesses face when trying to build visibility, trust, and engagement.
What Needed Improvement
A Stronger First Impression
The original website introduced the business and its services clearly, but there was an opportunity to make the value proposition more immediate and compelling from the first interaction.
Create a Clearer User Journey
The redesign creates a more deliberate flow that takes visitors from understanding their challenges to exploring solutions, services, work, and finally taking action.
Connect Services to Real Problems

The original site presented services such as brand films, corporate video production, social media content, and event coverage. The redesign reframed these services around the challenges they help businesses solve.
Stronger Conversion Focus
The redesign introduces clearer calls to action throughout the experience, making it easier for interested visitors to move from exploring the website to starting a conversation.
The Approach
Start With the Customer
Rather than opening with a list of services, the redesigned homepage begins by addressing the problems businesses experience—low engagement, weak visual identity, poor-quality content, and ineffective storytelling.
Connect Problems to Solutions
Each challenge is followed by a relevant service that addresses it. This creates a clearer connection between what potential clients need and what Cole Evander Productions offers.
Let the Work Build Confidence
Key Improvements
Problem-First Messaging
Reframed the homepage around the challenges businesses face before introducing the services designed to solve them.
Stronger Value Proposition
Created a more direct hero message focused on helping businesses get seen, build trust, and be remembered.
Clearer Service Structure
Conversion-Focused Journey
Added clearer calls to action throughout the page to guide visitors toward contacting the business.
Before & After
From Service-Led to Problem-Led
The original website introduced visitors to the company's services early in the experience.
The redesign takes a more customer-focused approach:
Problem → Solution → Service → Proof → Action
This creates a more intentional journey that helps visitors understand not only what Cole Evander Productions does, but why those services matter to their business.
Built in Framer
Designed and developed entirely in Framer, with a focus on responsive layouts, visual storytelling, and smooth interactions across screen sizes.
The redesigned homepage follows a simple narrative:
Get Seen
Addressing the challenge of getting attention in a crowded digital landscape.
↓
Build Trust
Using professional visual content to strengthen how a brand is perceived.
↓
Tell Your Story
Using strategic storytelling to communicate a brand's message more effectively.
↓
Take Action
Guiding interested visitors toward contacting Cole Evander Productions.
Designed for every screen.

What I Learned
This project reinforced the importance of positioning services around the problems customers are trying to solve, rather than simply listing what a business offers.
A video production company doesn't just sell videography, aerial footage, or editing. Its clients are looking for more attention, stronger storytelling, better brand perception, and content that helps their business grow.
That shift in perspective helped me create a website that communicates the value behind the service, not just the service itself.
