ELPM — Property Management in Nigeria
A sophisticated, mobile-first website for a Nigerian real estate agent, designed to attract landlords by building trust and clearly articulating the value of professional property management in a competitive market.
Landing Page

Client Requirements & Pain Points:
The client, EL Property, is a real estate professional in Nigeria focusing on property management for landlords. The primary requirements were to create a clean, professional online presence that would:
Build Immediate Trust: As a personal brand, the website needed to establish credibility and professionalism to stand out in a crowded market.
Clarify a Niche Service: Property management is a service whose full value isn't always immediately apparent to landlords. The site had to clearly explain the benefits and processes.
Generate Qualified Leads: The site needed to be a direct funnel for landlords seeking management services, moving them from awareness to action seamlessly.
Be Highly Accessible: With a primary audience in Nigeria, the site required a fast, reliable, and excellent mobile experience.
My Approach & Understanding:
I understood that the core challenge was one of trust and education. A landlord is entrusting you with a significant asset. My approach was to position EL Property not just as a service, but as a reliable, long-term partner.
Visual Trust: I used a clean, corporate color scheme (blues and whites) and high-quality imagery to convey professionalism and stability.
Educational Clarity: I structured the content to first address the landlord's pain points ("Stress-Free Property Management") before detailing the specific services that solve those problems.
Conversation-First CTA: Instead of a generic "Contact Us," the primary CTA is "Let's Manage Your Property," which is a direct, benefit-oriented invitation that speaks to the target audience.
Challenges Faced:
Communicating Abstract Value: Translating the day-to-day tasks of property management (tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance) into a compelling value proposition that justifies the service fee.
Mobile-First Imperative: Ensuring the site was flawless on mobile devices, as this is the primary way the target audience accesses the internet.
How I Solved These Challenges:
Benefit-Driven Copy: I framed services around outcomes, not just tasks. For example, "Tenant Sourcing" is presented as finding "quality, long-term tenants," directly addressing a landlord's fear of problematic renters.
Streamlined User Journey: I designed a single-page website with a clear, logical flow: Introduction -> Value Proposition -> Services -> Testimonials -> Call to Action. This minimizes friction and keeps the user focused on the end goal.
Performance Optimization: The site was built on Framer with performance as a priority, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions on all devices, which is critical for maintaining a premium feel and user engagement.
Results:
The website successfully serves as a 24/7 digital representative for EL Property. It provides a clear, trustworthy foundation for client conversations, allowing the agent to focus on closing deals rather than explaining their basic services. The professional presentation has been instrumental in elevating the brand's perception and generating higher-quality lead inquiries.

Vacancies used to be a big problem, but not anymore! My rental income has increased, and I don’t have to deal with tenant issues.
