Redesigning a cloud consulting website to simplify complex services and build trust through clarity.
Concept Project

Overview
This is a redesign concept for Zencore.
Zencore is a cloud consulting and engineering firm led by a team of former Google engineers and executives. Zencore’s strength lies in its experience as trusted advisors to many of Google Cloud’s largest and most complex clients. The goal was to explore how thoughtful design and content structure could make technical services easier to understand while improving trust and lead generation.
What Needed Improvement

Outdated visual design
The interface lacked the modern feel expected from a technology brand.

Company Before Customer
The content introduced the business before addressing visitor needs.
My Approach
Simplifying the Message
Reduced technical Terminologies and focused on the problems visitors wanted to solve.
Designing for Trust
Improved hierarchy, spacing, and visual consistency to create a more credible experience.
Guiding the Visitor
Structured the homepage to move users from challenges to solutions with clear calls to action.
Key Design Decisions

Modern Interface
Refined layouts and spacing while preserving the existing brand.

Problem-First Flow
Organized content around visitor needs before presenting solutions.
Designed for every screen.

What I Learned
Working on this redesign taught me that clarity is often more valuable than complexity. Instead of trying to explain every technical capability upfront, I focused on helping visitors quickly understand their challenges and how Zencore could solve them. This shift in perspective made the overall experience feel more intuitive and engaging.
